Shipping & Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories that have not been visibly tampered with. Rxoid’s MDI is marked with tamper resistant label that must be completely intact to process any returns. Any returns must be made within two (2) weeks of purchase and must send an email to info@rxoid.com for return authorization.

All shipping is via common carrier, generally United Parcel Service standard ground. In the event that any return is sought, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Rxoid’s fulfillment center and any refund will be net of these costs.
